Why V-Sarps exists
Most small businesses don't have an in-house accounts team to track GST due dates, reconcile input tax credit, or make sense of a notice that shows up out of nowhere. V-Sarps was started to be that team — reachable on WhatsApp, transparent about pricing, and focused only on GST rather than trying to be everything at once.
Since then, the practice has grown to serve proprietors, partnerships, LLPs and private limited companies across multiple states, filing returns every month and stepping in whenever a notice or amendment needs a quick, correct response.
